We run a family garage in Bristol that has been trading since 1978. We had a local developer create a website but over a year later we had nothing to show for this and were out of pocket not alone our business not having a website online. I was recommended by a client of ours to use Dupliacte as they had created their website and they were extremely happy with the service and end product. I meet wth Duplicate and due they were extremely professional and had a process for clients who had been let down by other third parties. Since we started working with them we have been informed at every stage of the development and have had several meetings during the design phase. The project was completed within 4 weeks and the team have been also assisting us with the domain issues that we have had. I would defiantly use again and have recommended them to a couple of our clients that were looking for a website.

After Duplicate was selected, it was really all down to them as they knew what we were looking to achieve. Communication was great especially considering we are in different countries. So explained right from the get go the process and within 4 weeks we had signed off Both the web and app designs. Within another 6 weeks both were completed and another week or so of us and them.testing we were live. We are very happy not only with the work they have provided but their support and the work they are doing with us now to move the business forward. What do you like most about the company? I would have to say they understood what we wanted from day one and the understanding we had of what and how they do things is why we worked with them. They made us feel like our project was important, that was they key reason why we worked with them. What they should improve on? It would be great if they were in the same city so we could take them out, honestly no they have done as promised.

After Duplicate was selected, a meeting was set up to discuss the project, our business and what we were looking to achieve with the new website. After the meeting was completed additional design meetings were organised where Duplicate would present and together we would work through these designs. After the designs were created we infect had 3 further meetings and the designs were signed off and the5 weeks later our new website was completed and online. We are now working with Duplicate on a mobile app for our business. What do you like most about the company? Everything was impressive about the company. Their knowledge about web designing, ease of communication with the project manager, their cooperation within the group everything was mind blowing. Their hard work and dedication to our business is the reason the project has been such a success. What they should improve on? The team delivered us the product on time as promised and we were very satisfied with the website. The only thing which we found that can be improved was the time of delivery. They could have delivered it a bit early but that's okay with us because great things take time ..!!

We have two shops and are just about to expand to our 3rd and needed a website to help with our marketing and brining-in new products to the business. Duplicate helped us every step of the way even though at times we were not about due to the business demands. We are so happy we have just finished our 2nd project with Duplicate and just about to start our 3rd. What do you like most about the company? Total support from start to finish.
